Pasir Ris is set to undergo a major transformation under the Remaking Our Heartland (ROH) program. The revitalization will be guided by four key strategies:

• Transforming the Town Centre into a Vibrant Hub: The town center will be reimagined to become a dynamic and lively hub, offering a variety of retail, dining, and recreational options that cater to the needs of residents and visitors alike.
• Enhancing Nature Living with Upgraded Parks and New Housing by the Park: The plan includes upgrading existing parks and creating new housing developments that are closely integrated with green spaces. This will enhance the natural living environment, offering residents more opportunities to enjoy the outdoors right at their doorstep.
• Enlivening Community Spaces in the Neighbourhoods: Community spaces within the neighborhoods will be revitalized to encourage greater interaction among residents. These spaces will be designed to foster a stronger sense of community, with areas for social gatherings, events, and activities.
• Improving Connectivity: Connectivity within Pasir Ris and to other parts of Singapore will be significantly enhanced. This includes improvements to public transportation options, pedestrian pathways, and cycling networks, making it easier and more convenient for residents to move around.

These strategies aim to make Pasir Ris a more vibrant, green, and connected town, offering an improved quality of life for all its residents.

New mixed-use commercial and residential development integrated with bus interchange, Town Plaza with Heritage Garden, New Public Housing Developments, New Pasir Ris Town Park, Community Hall, Improve Connectivity, and many more will be integrate under the ROH program in Pasir Ris.
